Ich auf alle Fälle nicht! Diese fünf Jungs kommen aus der Schweiz, genauer gesagt aus Fribourg. Als ich sie das erste Mal hörte, erinnerten sie mich an die legendären Arctic Monkeys! Wir wissen nun, dass es ausser Gruyere, Fondue und Kühen auch talentierte junge Bands wie Kill The Director in Fribourg gibt. Nebst einer guten Portion Power versprühen sie eingängige Melodien, die sich in den hinteren Hirnhälften (links) einklinken. Egal ob man am duschen ist, essen, schlafen, TV schaut, ein Date hat, arbeitet, Zeitung liest, auf dem Klo hockt, ein Interview gibt, Sport macht, ein Gespräch führt, einen Hot Dog bestellt, im Flugzeug sitzt, im Stau steckt, einen Coiffeur Termin hat, nach links schaut, nach rechts schaut, nach oben schaut, und natürlich nach unten schaut. Hinten links im Hirn haben sie sich eingenistet und man wird sie einfach nicht mehr los. Einmal gehört, nie mehr vergessen! Ich freue mich auf ein baldiges live Konzert in Zürich und empfehle euch schon heute: Merkt euch diesen Namen! Feel cheesy, „Feel Better“!

Who would have thought this…
I didn’t in any case! These five guys are coming from Switzerland, more precisely from Fribourg. When I heard them for the first time, they reminded me on the legendary Arctic Monkeys! We now know that there are other things than Gruyere, Fondue and cows – there exists talented young bands like Kill The Director in Fribourg. Besides a good portion of power, they exude catchy melodies that hook in the rear brain hemispheres (left). Whether you’re having a shower, eat, sleep, watching some tv, having a date, working, reading the newspaper, squatting on the toilet, giving an interview, do some sport, having a conversation, order a hot dog, sitting in a plane, stock up in traffic, having a hairdressing appointment, look left, look right, looks up, and of course look down. In the rear left side of the brain Kill The Doctor has lodged themselves and won’t go away. I’m looking forward to an live concert in Zurich and recommend to you today: note this name!
